I love what I do.  As a Physiotherapist, I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, with the aim of helping them to achieve their best physical function. Initially qualifying as a Beautician and later a ITEC Sports massage therapist, I built on my passion to better understand the human body - whether it was how to improve the way it worked for a person, reduce their pain or help them feel more confident inside about how they felt they presented on the outside. I returned to university graduating as a Physiotherapist, and have worked with adults and children with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. As a registered Physiotherapist I built on my understanding of Aesthetics to offer treatments to improve the health and condition of skin, scars and stretch marks.  
 

My aim is to help you achieve your goal – whether to reduce your pain and be able to move better in your daily life, or achieve maximum performance in your chosen sport or hobby. You will become the expert of your own body as we work together to improve the way you function and therefore feel, on a daily basis.
